Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return & exchange policy according to the guidelines below, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return/exchange request and return your item(s) to us.ย ย
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@fkbk.net. If your return is accepted, weโll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be donated to charity when possible.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping & we do not refund our costs of shipping theย order to you. If you are asking for an exchange, you will be responsible for any new shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges unless it is for a defective or damaged item.ย ย
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus (-) the cost of return shipping if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
